Hi! I'm Amanda – creator of the Home Journal and someone who truly believes your home should support your life, not overwhelm it. Between working full-time, raising 5 kids, and volunteering in my community, I know firsthand that real homes aren't perfect – they're lived in, sometimes messy, and constantly evolving. In my life, I have had to learn how to build systems that are simple, flexible, and actually work in real life – not just on paper.
The Home Journal was created to share those kinds of solutions. Here you'll find practical tips, honest encouragement, and realistic ways to care for your home without burning out. Whether it's organizing, cleaning, or just resetting your space, my goal is to help you create a home you feel proud of – one small step at a time.

Kyle is the founder of Ready My Property and a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience helping homeowners navigate the market with confidence.
During his career as a successful realtor, Kyle built a reputation for results, earning recognition in Real Producers an D Magazine. Through that work, he saw a consistent gap – homeowners often didn't know what updates or repairs would truly make a difference when preparing their home for sale.
In 2020, he launched Ready My Property to solve that problem. What started as a service to help sellers get their homes market-ready quickly evolved into something more. As client needs grew, so did the business – expanding into ongoing maintenance partnerships and home concierge services designed to help homeowners stay ahead of issues, protect their investment, and simplify home ownership.
At his core, Kyle has always been an entrepreneur and a hard worker, driven by a desire to create practical solutions that make life easier for others. His approach combines industry expertise with a straightforward, no-nonsense mindset – helping homeowners focus on what truly matters.
